Drew Gaiser brings a dynamic and diverse background to Blue Truck Capital, with experience spanning residential real estate brokerage, founding and developing a successful winery, and 20 years of dedicated service as a Firefighter Captain/Paramedic. These roles have equipped him with a unique blend of skills, including project management, entrepreneurship, budgeting, creative problem-solving, and a steadfast commitment to serving others.
Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and, in recent years, has served as a principal in over 20 real estate acquisitions, developments, and projects. His expertise in raising equity and delivering risk-adjusted returns has been instrumental in creating value and fostering trust with investors.

Ryan Royal

Ryan Royal has spent the last decade immersed in real estate investing, cultivating expertise across a wide range of activities. He currently manages a diverse portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties in the Colorado Springs area, where his nearly 40 years of residency have given him an intimate understanding of the city’s varied neighborhoods and markets.
Ryan’s hands-on experience spans construction, project management for new builds, and major residential renovations. He has also overseen multiple real estate portfolio acquisitions, land purchases, and a multifamily 1031 exchange. With a proven track record of successfully managing investor funds and delivering above-expected returns, Ryan combines local market knowledge with a results-driven approach to create lasting value.
